Add 10 Years to Your Life?
Adding 10 Years to Your Life
Most of us appreciate that a long and healthy life begins with good genes and also depends in large part on practicing good habits. According to the US National Institute on Aging and published in National Geographic, the following “best practices” are found in areas of the world where people live longest:
  • Don’t smoke
  • Put family first
  • Be active everyday
  • Keep socially engaged
  • Eat fruits, vegetables, and whole grains
  • Find purpose
  • Eat small portions
Many of the principles discussed in FET support these practices!
